My Background

With a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from UCLA and a background in business analysis and project management, I take an analytical approach to identify and solve usability issues.

I transitioned into UX design so I could also unleash my creative side. Most of my professional experience is centered around asking “how should we solve this?”, but I also found myself wanting to take part in what the solution would look like.

My Approach

By drawing on my experience in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and developers, I ensure that listening and collaboration are at the core of my practice. My relationship with developers and end users has helped me become better at designing, testing, and fine tuning solutions.

I take special care to understand business goals, processes, and task flows to make sure details aren’t missed. I believe in the importance of defining the problem in order to craft the right solution.
